-If the product is available in stock, you will receive a FREE standard within 5 business days from the time your order has been processed

Europe
-If the product is available in stock, you will receive your order within 5-6 business days from the time your order has been processed.

Asia Pacific, Australia, Middle East & U.S.A.

-If the product is available in stock, you will receive your order within 7-14 business days from the time your order has been processed for a cost of £15

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION 

  • All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.

  • Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date when placing your order.

  • Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

  • All orders come packed in our gift branded recyclable boxes, free of charge.

  • Taxes and Duties are not included.

  • We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destinations customs department.

  • Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

 

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you will be happy with your order. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply changed your mind, then you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us at contact@danarusu.uk quoting your order number for instruction on how to return or exchange your item. One of our Customer Care experts will send you the instructions.

  • Please note we do not accept returns or exchange on earrings due to hygiene.

  • The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original pouch and box provided.

  • Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.

  • DANA RUSU cannot accept responsibility for pieces returned to us without a proof of purchaser.

  •  A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • Please note that your Bank may take 3- 7 working days to credit your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. f

How long will it take to process my return/refund/exchange?

The credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 3-7 working days to credit your account.
